The Right San Bernardino Party Bus Rental for Your Budget
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — meaning it's not the one sending a bus to your door. What it does is make finding the right bus for your group fast, free, and easy.
Fill out one short form with your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare vehicle types and rates from a wide network of transportation providers serving San Bernardino and the broader Inland Empire region. You don't need an account, there's no obligation, and you get results in under 30 seconds.
That's the whole difference. Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip from scratch each time, and waiting on callbacks that may never come — you fill out the form once and compare your options side by side. Party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans — all the vehicle types, all the price ranges, all available right on your screen.
Call 725-254-3490 any time, any day for a free quote, or use the online tool right now.
San Bernardino Charter Bus & Party Bus Rental Options
San Bernardino groups can compare 15–35 passenger minibuses, 25-passenger party buses, 40–56 passenger charter buses, Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, and larger 50-passenger party buses — all available through the full vehicle lineup on this site.

Common San Bernardino Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
The right bus depends on the trip. A 18-passenger party bus or 28-passenger party bus is a natural fit for a birthday night or bachelorette crawl through downtown San Bernardino — most come with LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and wraparound seating. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the smart pick for corporate shuttles and wedding guest transfers between venues across the Inland Empire, with climate control and reclining seats that make the I-215 commute actually tolerable.
For large groups heading to Crypto.com Arena or SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, a full-size charter bus with undercarriage storage and an onboard restroom means the group travels together in one clean shot and nobody needs a pit stop on the 10 Freeway. Compare vehicle specs and amenity lists side by side on this site before you call.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 725-254-3490 before booking.
San Bernardino Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
San Bernardino party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out you're booking. To give you a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus generally runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. Step up to a 25-passenger party bus and you're looking at roughly $250–$350/hour weekday or $275–$375/hour on weekends.
A full 40–56 passenger charter bus tends to run $200–$350/hour regardless of day — and at 50+ passengers, the per-person math gets hard to argue with.
These are planning ranges, not quotes. Pricing for your specific date, group, and route can move based on demand — especially around Inland Empire events, high school prom season in April and May, and holiday weekends when availability tightens fast. The fastest way to get pricing for your trip is to call 725-254-3490 or run the online form.
Pricing in under a minute, no account required. Check out the party bus prices page for more detail on what drives the rate.

Find the Right San Bernardino Party Bus in Minutes
The short answer: you're not locked into one company's available vehicles. Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com connects you to a wide network of transportation providers serving San Bernardino and the Inland Empire, so the options you see aren't whatever one local fleet happens to have open that weekend. You compare vehicle types, passenger capacities, amenities, and rates — all in one place, all at once.
There's no account to create. No obligation when you request a quote. No spending twenty minutes on hold while a dispatcher checks availability.
You fill out one quick form — or call 725-254-3490 any day of the year — and within about a minute you have pricing options in front of you. The tool is available every day, including weekends, holidays, and late nights when you're suddenly realizing prom is in six weeks. A support team is also available to walk through vehicle options, help size the right bus for your headcount, and put together a custom package if your trip has moving parts.
Call or compare online — either way, it takes about a minute to get started.
San Bernardino Party Bus Services
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find transportation for every occasion in San Bernardino — from airport transfers and game-day travel to wedding shuttles, prom, concerts, corporate events, and winery tours. Whatever the occasion, there's a bus in the network sized for it.

San Bernardino Airport Shuttles & Transportation
San Bernardino International Airport (SBD) — officially the San Bernardino International Airport at 1601 E 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92408 — handles cargo and charter operations but limited commercial service, which means most Inland Empire travelers are routing through Ontario International Airport (ONT) at 2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761, roughly 17 miles southwest of downtown San Bernardino via I-10 West. Ontario handles millions of passengers annually across two terminals, and ground-transportation pickup is on the lower Arrivals level curbside. For large groups flying in together, coordinating rideshares at ONT during peak arrivals means everyone exits baggage claim at different times and the cars show up in waves.
A single minibus or charter bus solves that entirely — the group assembles at the lower level once everyone has luggage, and one vehicle takes everyone together.
LAX is another common option for groups connecting to major international carriers — it's roughly 65 miles west, and the I-10 can turn that into a two-hour trip during peak hours without any warning. A charter bus makes that drive infinitely more manageable than a caravan. Call 725-254-3490 to set up your San Bernardino airport shuttle today.

San Bernardino Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A San Bernardino bachelorette party doesn't have to stay local — and most don't. The Inland Empire puts your group about 60 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, 65 miles from Hollywood, and 90 minutes from San Diego on a good traffic day. A party bus makes all three realistic for a one-night or weekend trip without anyone playing navigator on the 15 North at midnight.
For a closer night out, downtown Redlands has a walkable restaurant and bar strip, and the craft brewery circuit between San Bernardino and Ontario keeps the group on a fun, manageable loop.
A 20- to 28-passenger party bus is the standard fit for most bachelor and bachelorette groups in the area — LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, perimeter seating, and a bar setup built in. The whole group stays together from the first stop to the last, and nobody has to figure out how to get home from Redlands at 1am. Compare bachelor and bachelorette party bus options or call 725-254-3490 right now.

San Bernardino Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
The Inland Empire has one of the largest quinceañera and Sweet 16 markets in California, and a party bus entrance is a centerpiece moment for both. Reception halls like the National Orange Show Events Center and private banquet venues throughout San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, and Colton regularly host 200+ guest celebrations, and shuttling the quinceañera court between a church ceremony, photo location, and reception venue in a coordinated, decorated bus turns a logistical task into a highlight of the day.
For the birthday group itself, a 15- to 40-passenger party bus rental keeps the core group together with the amenities to match — color-changing LED lighting, premium sound, and enough space for everyone who matters. Vehicle color preferences (white, black, or silver) are often available — just mention it when you call. Get a quote at 725-254-3490 or use the online tool any time.

San Bernardino Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The National Orange Show Events Center (689 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408) hosts concerts, festivals, and large-scale events throughout the year, and its parking situation is manageable — until it isn't. On sold-out show nights, South E Street backs up toward the 215 interchange and surface lots fill well before doors open. Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is one of the largest outdoor concert venues in California, which makes it one of the biggest outdoor venues in California — and one of the worst places in the Inland Empire to manage a post-show rideshare.
Glen Helen Pkwy funnels all outbound traffic into a single chokepoint after a major show, and rideshare wait times routinely push past 45 minutes on big nights.
A San Bernardino concert bus rental solves both of those problems: the group rides in together, gets dropped at the venue entrance, and has a pickup time already set so nobody's standing on Glen Helen Pkwy refreshing their app. Call 725-254-3490 or compare concert bus options online now.

San Bernardino Corporate Event Transportation
San Bernardino sits at the logistics center of the Inland Empire, which means corporate events here often involve large headcounts spread across multiple hotels along the 215 or I-10 corridors. Getting 40 employees from their Hospitality Lane hotels to a meeting at the San Bernardino Convention Center (201 E Convention Center Way, San Bernardino, CA 92408) without asking everyone to drive separately — and find their own parking in a downtown corridor that's actively redeveloping — is a logistics problem that a minibus or charter bus makes disappear completely.
For off-site team events at venues in Redlands, Ontario, or up the hill in Lake Arrowhead, a charter bus keeps the itinerary tight and the group together. Undercarriage storage handles presentation materials and luggage without overhead bin gymnastics. For smaller executive groups, a Sprinter van keeps the headcount manageable and the setup clean.
Call 725-254-3490 to talk through a corporate shuttle package for your San Bernardino event.

San Bernardino Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, nonprofit galas, multi-venue birthday weekends — San Bernardino private event transportation through Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com covers all of it. The Inland Empire is large enough that keeping a group of 40 or 50 people moving between stops in a coordinated way — from a morning brunch in Redlands to an afternoon visit at the San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum to an evening reception — requires a real plan, not a hope that everyone's Google Maps is correct.
Glen Helen Regional Park (2555 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) hosts major outdoor festivals like Hometown Country Fair and large private events with parking that's manageable for buses but a scramble for individual cars during peak attendance. A charter bus parks once. The group moves together.
No one splits off and no one gets lost between stops. Check out private event bus options or call 725-254-3490 to build a custom itinerary package.

San Bernardino Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
San Bernardino County's high school prom season runs from late April through late May, with dozens of schools across San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, Highland, and Redlands booking buses within the same six-week stretch. That concentration of demand means the vehicles your group wants — a clean 20- or 28-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a sound system — are gone weeks before anyone starts seriously shopping. Waiting until March is already late.
Booking in January or February gives you the most vehicle options and the most competitive quotes.
For prom: the earlier you call, the better your options and your price. A 20-passenger party bus on a weekend night in April runs $275–$350/hour in planning terms — but availability at that rate disappears fast when every school in the county is competing for the same dates. Call 725-254-3490 now and check the prom party bus page for more on booking timing.

San Bernardino School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and event coordinators planning school trips in the San Bernardino area have a lot of strong destinations close by — the San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum (1170 W 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92410), the California State University San Bernardino campus for college preview days, the Inland Empire's natural history corridor toward Joshua Tree, and the California Theatre of the Performing Arts (562 W 4th St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) for student matinee performances. A San Bernardino school event charter bus handles the headcount, eliminates the carpool coordination, and drops the group at the venue without the parking logistics falling on teachers.
For longer excursions — museum trips to Los Angeles or a day at the San Diego Zoo — a full-size charter bus with overhead storage, onboard restroom, and reclining seats makes the drive part of the experience rather than a chore. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you call. Reach the team at 725-254-3490 to get a quote for your school field trip bus rental.

San Bernardino Sporting Event Transportation
San Bernardino sits within striking distance of some of Southern California's biggest sports venues. SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is about 65 miles west via the I-10 — and on a Rams or Chargers game day, that drive can stretch past two hours in each direction. A charter bus means the group rides together and nobody's staring at Waze trying to figure out which lane to be in through the East LA interchange.
Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) hosts Lakers, Clippers, and Kings games, and parking downtown Los Angeles runs $30–$50 on event nights in the surrounding structures — cost that a single charter bus makes irrelevant.
Closer to home, San Bernardino is the home market for the Inland Empire 66ers, the Los Angeles Angels Double-A affiliate, who play at Fiscalini Field (280 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) right in the heart of downtown. It's a casual, accessible venue with nearby street and lot parking, and a minibus rental is a natural fit for fan groups who want to pregame together and skip the parking scramble on E Street. Call 725-254-3490 to set up game-day transportation.

San Bernardino Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Inland Empire's wedding venue corridor runs from historic downtown Redlands — where Victorian-era event spaces like the Mitten Building sit steps from each other — out toward the foothills and the mountain venues near Running Springs and Lake Arrowhead. Guests traveling from Los Angeles, San Diego, or the desert are often unfamiliar with Inland Empire geography, and asking them to navigate SR-138 or Highway 18 up toward the mountains on their own after a reception is a real ask. A San Bernardino wedding shuttle bus solves that by setting up a clear loop between the hotel block and the venue so guests aren't making navigation decisions after 10pm.
A 15–35 passenger minibus is a clean fit for most wedding guest shuttle runs — comfortable, climate-controlled, and easier to stage at venues with narrow approach roads than a full-size charter bus. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes a natural bridal party vehicle. Check the wedding transportation page for vehicle options, or call 725-254-3490 to start putting your shuttle plan together.

San Bernardino Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Temecula wine country is about 60 miles south of San Bernardino via the I-215 South — close enough for a full day trip, far enough that nobody should be driving themselves back. Temecula's De Portola Wine Trail alone has more than a dozen tasting rooms within a few miles of each other, and the combination of afternoon heat and multiple pours makes a dedicated bus the obvious answer. For groups who want to stay closer, the Cucamonga Valley Wine Country in nearby Rancho Cucamonga — about 15 miles southwest of San Bernardino — offers tasting rooms and smaller boutique wineries within easy range of a two- to three-hour minibus circuit.
For pub crawls staying in the San Bernardino and Redlands area, a party bus rental in the 20–28 passenger range keeps the group on a schedule and moves everyone between stops without anyone splitting off for a rideshare. Call 725-254-3490 to price out a winery tour bus for your group's date.

Frequently Asked Questions About San Bernardino Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

How much does a party bus cost in San Bernardino?
San Bernardino party bus rental rates depend on the vehicle type, your date, and how many hours you need. As a planning baseline: a 20-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$350/hour on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus is typically $300–$375/hour on weekdays, $325–$425/hour on weekends.
A full charter bus runs $200–$350/hour across both weekdays and weekends. Pricing for your specific trip moves with demand — prom weekends and major event dates in April and May push rates and availability fast. Call 725-254-3490 or use the online form for pricing on your date.
Visit the party bus prices page for more planning detail.
What is the best vehicle size for a group of 20–30 people in San Bernardino?
For 20–30 passengers, a 25-passenger party bus or 28-passenger party bus is usually the right fit — enough room for everyone to be comfortable, and compact enough to navigate downtown San Bernardino or Redlands without the staging challenges of a full 56-passenger coach. If your group is on the lower end or wants a slightly more intimate setup, an 18-passenger party bus or a minibus works well for wedding shuttles and corporate transfers. Call 725-254-3490 and the support team can help you size the right vehicle for your actual headcount.
Does Glen Helen Amphitheater have parking for charter buses?
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is a large outdoor venue with on-site parking lots, and commercial vehicle logistics vary by event. The venue sits off the 215 just north of downtown, and outbound traffic after major shows can back up significantly on Glen Helen Pkwy toward the freeway interchange. A charter bus or party bus drops the group at the venue entrance and has a pre-arranged pickup time set, so no one is standing in the rideshare queue after the headliner.
We strongly recommend checking the official Glen Helen Amphitheater website for current event-specific parking and bus access guidance before your visit.
How far is San Bernardino from the Temecula wine country?
Temecula is about 58–65 miles south of San Bernardino depending on your starting point, typically a 60–80 minute drive via I-215 South on a normal traffic day. On a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning when Southern California weekend traffic is moving, that drive can stretch past 90 minutes. A minibus or party bus makes the round trip comfortable for the whole group and means no one is figuring out the drive home after a full afternoon of tastings.
The Cucamonga Valley wine region in Rancho Cucamonga is roughly 15 miles closer and is a solid alternative for a shorter half-day circuit.
Can I book a bus for a day trip from San Bernardino to Las Vegas?
Yes — Las Vegas is about 155 miles northeast of San Bernardino via I-15 North, typically a 2.5–3 hour drive under normal conditions. A charter bus with reclining seats, onboard restroom, and undercarriage storage is the standard vehicle for that route when groups are traveling together for a weekend trip or overnight stay. Day and multi-day packages are available.
Call 725-254-3490 to price out a Las Vegas trip for your group, or check the Las Vegas party bus page for more on transportation options for that route.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in San Bernardino?
For most events, booking 4–8 weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and normal pricing. For high-demand windows — high school prom season (late April through late May), Glen Helen Amphitheater major concert dates, and holiday weekends — you should book 2–4 months ahead. Prom in particular is the most compressed booking window in the Inland Empire: dozens of San Bernardino County high schools hold proms within the same six weeks, and the party buses that work for those nights book up fast.
For prom: booking in January or February is the practical standard if you want options. Waiting until April almost guarantees limited availability or premium pricing on your specific date. Call 725-254-3490 now — booking early is generally cheaper and easier.
Popular San Bernardino Party Bus Destinations
San Bernardino puts your group within range of major arenas, outdoor amphitheaters, mountain retreats, wine country, and major league stadiums. Here's what the logistics actually look like at the destinations your group is most likely heading to.

Glen Helen Amphitheater
Glen Helen Amphitheater (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) is one of the largest outdoor concert venues in California. The venue hosts major touring acts and music festivals throughout the spring and summer season, and the access situation is specific: Glen Helen Pkwy is the primary approach from the 215, and after major shows it becomes a single-direction funnel pushing thousands of cars toward one freeway on-ramp. Rideshare surge pricing during that window is significant, and wait times regularly run 30–45 minutes in the pickup areas.
A party bus or charter bus drops your group at the main entrance and has a preset pickup time — the ride home is already handled. Check the official Glen Helen site for event-specific bus parking and access details before your date.
Address: 2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407.

National Orange Show Events Center
The National Orange Show Events Center (689 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408) anchors San Bernardino's major event calendar — it hosts the annual National Orange Show Fair each May, concerts, car shows, swap meets, and large private events year-round. The fairgrounds sit just east of the 215/10 interchange, and during the Orange Show Fair in May, E Street sees significant congestion from mid-morning through the evening. Surface lot parking on the grounds fills early during major events, and street parking along E Street is limited on the busiest days.
A charter bus dropping at the main gate entrance eliminates the parking search entirely and gets your group in before the lots are full. Review current event-specific parking guidance on the official NOS Events Center website before your visit.
Address: 689 South E Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408
Phone: (909) 888-6788.

Fiscalini Field
Fiscalini Field (280 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) is the home stadium of the Inland Empire 66ers, the Los Angeles Angels' Double-A affiliate, right in the center of downtown San Bernardino. The park has an approachable, minor league atmosphere — but downtown San Bernardino's street parking is tight on game nights, and the E Street corridor between 2nd and 4th fills up fast when there's a concurrent event at the California Theatre or a weekend evening game with a promotion. A minibus rental for a fan group of 15–25 makes more sense than sending four cars to hunt for meters — the group parks once, walks in together, and the vehicle is right there at the end.
Address: 280 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401
Phone: (909) 888-9922.

California Theatre of the Performing Arts
The California Theatre of the Performing Arts (562 W 4th St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) is a restored 1928 Spanish Colonial Revival venue in the heart of downtown San Bernardino, seating around 1,750. It hosts the Inland Empire Symphony, theatrical productions, and touring performances throughout the season. The theatre sits on a block where on-street metered parking and a nearby city garage are the primary options — on a sold-out evening performance, both fill before curtain, and the walk from the 4th Street Parking Structure can be a few blocks depending on availability.
A minibus dropping at the W 4th Street entrance handles the whole problem: the group arrives together, exits onto the curb, and has a pickup window set for after the show so nobody's standing outside figuring out rideshare. See the California Theatre's official site for current programming.
Address: 562 W 4th St, San Bernardino, CA 92401
Phone: (909) 386-7353.

San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum
The San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum (1170 W 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92410) is housed in the restored 1918 Santa Fe Depot, one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the Inland Empire. The museum documents the region's railroad and civic history and serves as a destination for school field trips, group tours, and history-focused private events. The depot building sits along W 3rd Street with surface lot and street parking in the surrounding blocks — manageable for small groups, more complicated when a school group of 50 or more is arriving at the same time as general visitors.
A charter bus drops the full group at the depot entrance in one shot, which is cleaner than a bus-and-carpool combination. Group tours can be arranged in advance through the museum directly. Visit the official museum website before your visit.
Address: 1170 W 3rd St, San Bernardino, CA 92410
Phone: (909) 888-3634.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is about 65 miles west of San Bernardino — home of the Rams and Chargers, and a regular host for major concerts and college championship events. The I-10 West is the direct route, and on a game-day Sunday that corridor can turn a 65-mile drive into a 2+ hour crawl through downtown Los Angeles and into the Inglewood corridor. Parking at SoFi runs $45–$100 depending on the event and lot proximity, and must be purchased in advance — cash isn't accepted.
A charter bus for a San Bernardino fan group makes the per-person math obvious: split a $200–$350/hour bus 40 ways rather than paying $60 in parking per car plus gas on the 10. The bus also has a clear pickup zone on Stadium Dr so the group doesn't scatter after the game. Check the official SoFi Stadium parking page before your event.
Address: 1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301.
