Party Bus & Group Transportation Options in North Las Vegas
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, it doesn't take reservations, and it doesn't dispatch anything. What it does is connect you to a large network of transportation providers serving North Las Vegas, Henderson, the Strip, and everywhere in between, so you can compare vehicles, packages, and prices in one place instead of calling company after company and describing your trip over and over.
You fill out one quick form — or call 725-254-3490 any time — and within seconds you can see different bus options, pictures, and pricing for your date. No account required. No obligation.
No waiting on callbacks. Whether your group needs a 15-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night on Fremont Street or a full 56-passenger charter bus for a convention shuttle between North Las Vegas hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center, the options are right there in front of you. That's it.
That's the whole idea — and it genuinely works.

What's On Board North Las Vegas Buses
Not every trip calls for the same setup. A night out on the Strip calls for something different than a corporate shuttle between North Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center. Party buses in the network typically come with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, wraparound perimeter seating, premium sound with Bluetooth, and flat-panel TVs.
Minibuses offer climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage — a great fit for wedding guest shuttles or team travel where comfort matters more than a dance floor. Charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms for longer hauls or all-day event circuits. The quick quote form lets you filter by what matters to your group, or call 725-254-3490 and talk through the options directly.

North Las Vegas Party Bus Pricing
North Las Vegas party bus rental prices move with the vehicle, the date, and how long you need it — there's no flat rate that covers every trip. As a planning reference, a 15-passenger party bus typically runs $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375 per hour on weekends.
A charter bus for a convention shuttle or multi-venue itinerary generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range. New Year's Eve weekend, NASCAR race weeks at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the Electric Daisy Carnival weekend all push rates higher and thin out availability fast.
Those are planning ranges — a quote for your exact date and route takes about a minute to get. Visit the North Las Vegas party bus prices page for more detail, or call 725-254-3490 right now.

One Quick Search, Your North Las Vegas Party Bus Options
The Las Vegas Valley has no shortage of transportation options — which makes it genuinely hard to know if you're getting the right vehicle at a fair price without spending an afternoon on the phone. Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com exists to skip that entirely. One form, one call, and you're looking at multiple vehicles with pictures and pricing for your actual date. No account, no obligation, no callbacks you have to chase down.
Because this is a comparison website rather than a single operator, you're never limited to one company's available inventory. If one provider is booked on your date, there are others in the network. That matters a lot during high-demand windows — EDC weekend in May, New Year's Eve, the Super Bowl, race weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway — when a single company's fleet fills up and you'd otherwise be stuck starting your search over.
The network covers North Las Vegas, the Strip, Henderson, Summerlin, and every point beyond. For groups heading up to Mount Charleston or out to the Valley of Fire, options are available for those runs too.
Call 725-254-3490 any time — someone is available every day of the year — or use the online quote tool and have pricing in your inbox in under a minute.
Party Bus & Group Transportation Services in North Las Vegas

From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding guest transportation, bachelorette parties, concert nights, corporate event shuttles, and school field trips — the full range of group transportation needs in North Las Vegas is covered. Call 725-254-3490 to get your group moving.

North Las Vegas Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) sits about 12 miles south of North Las Vegas via I-15 — a straightforward drive in normal conditions that can stretch significantly on a Saturday afternoon when the Strip is busy and every merge from the airport feeds directly into casino traffic. For groups of eight or more flying in together, coordinating individual rideshares from baggage claim is a coordination headache that almost never goes smoothly — one bag takes longer, one rideshare gets rerouted, and suddenly your group is arriving at the hotel in four separate waves.
A North Las Vegas airport shuttle bus keeps everyone on one vehicle and one schedule. The full guide to Harry Reid airport bus pickups covers exactly how commercial vehicle pickup works at LAS — the zones, the sequencing, and how to coordinate your group's luggage assembly before calling the bus in. Gather your full group and all bags at the designated commercial pickup area before the bus moves to the curb.
Call 725-254-3490 to set up your airport transfer today.

North Las Vegas Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
North Las Vegas is the staging ground for some of the most ambitious bachelor and bachelorette weekends in the country — close to the Strip, close to Fremont Street, and far enough from the hotel-pricing premium that most groups base themselves here. The challenge is that "close to everything" still means navigating I-15 on a Saturday night when every Uber in the valley is three times the normal rate and every parking garage on the Strip has a line at the ticket arm.
A North Las Vegas bachelorette party bus solves the whole night at once — pickup at your North Las Vegas hotel, a run down to Fremont Street, across to the Strip, and back when your group is ready, all on one flat itinerary. Party buses in the network come with LED lighting, a bar area, Bluetooth sound, and wraparound seating, so the energy starts at the hotel and never stops. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375 — split across 20 people, that's well under what surge pricing costs on a single Saturday night.
Call 725-254-3490 to lock in your date.

North Las Vegas Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus pickup is one of the most memorable parts of a Sweet 16 or quinceañera — and for milestone adult birthdays, it's the move that turns a regular Saturday night into something worth talking about for years. North Las Vegas birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are available through the network, and many can be matched to a color scheme or décor theme for the occasion.
Groups headed to dinner at a Strip resort before a show at T-Mobile Arena or the Sphere have a natural multi-stop itinerary that a party bus handles cleanly — pickup at the venue, dinner drop-off, show arrival, and a single return to North Las Vegas at the end of the night. No one has to leave early to move a car, no one misses the last rideshare window. For quinceañera celebrations using a banquet hall in the North Las Vegas or Las Vegas valley, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps the whole court together from the ceremony to the reception.
Call 725-254-3490 to check availability for your date.

North Las Vegas Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Las Vegas Valley is one of the densest concert markets in the country, and groups heading out of North Las Vegas are within range of multiple major venues on any given weekend. The Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) has no dedicated parking structure of its own — the venue sits in a dense corridor between the Venetian and Koval Lane, and the official guidance sends visitors to nearby resort parking garages that charge premium event-night rates. A charter bus to the Sphere drops your group curbside and eliminates the parking search entirely.
T-Mobile Arena (3780 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89158) presents the same challenge in a different pocket of the Strip — the arena sits between New York-New York and Park MGM with no adjacent bus lot, and post-show rideshare queues on Trop Ave and Las Vegas Blvd regularly back up for 30–45 minutes on sold-out nights. A group charter bus to T-Mobile Arena gets your group back to North Las Vegas the moment the encore ends. Compare concert shuttle options at 725-254-3490.

North Las Vegas Corporate Event Transportation
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) draws more than 1.5 million convention attendees annually, and groups based in North Las Vegas hotels — along Losee Road, near Nellis Boulevard, or off Craig Road — face a consistent logistical problem: the 8–10 mile run down I-15 to Paradise Road is smooth at 7am and a crawl at 8:30am during major shows like CES in January or SEMA in November. A North Las Vegas corporate event charter bus runs your team on a fixed shuttle circuit, eliminating the parking decision at the convention center — where parking can reach $20–$30 per vehicle per day in the on-site garages — and keeping your group on schedule regardless of what's happening on the 15.
Minibuses are the practical fit for executive transfers between North Las Vegas offices and Strip-adjacent meeting venues, with reclining seats and climate control for a 20-minute ride that doesn't feel like a commute. Call 725-254-3490 to build a corporate shuttle package.

North Las Vegas Private Event Transportation Services
Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) at Las Vegas Motor Speedway draws well over 500,000 attendees across three nights each May, and it's the single largest transportation demand event in the North Las Vegas calendar. Las Vegas Boulevard North becomes a parking lot for hours before and after each night's session, with rideshare pickup zones at the Speedway backing up significantly during the post-midnight load-out. Groups based in North Las Vegas hotels have a real geographic advantage — the Speedway is less than five miles away — but only if they're not sitting in the same I-15 crawl as everyone else.
A North Las Vegas charter bus for EDC gets your group in and out on a tighter schedule than any rideshare coordination can manage across a crowd of that size.
For family reunions, church group outings, or large private events using venues across the valley, the same logic applies: one bus, one schedule, one pickup and drop-off. Call 725-254-3490 — and for EDC and New Year's Eve specifically, book as early as possible. Those windows fill out months ahead.

North Las Vegas Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Las Vegas Valley runs late April through May, and demand for party buses across Clark County spikes hard in that 5-week window. High schools in North Las Vegas — including Cheyenne High School, Legacy High School, and Canyon Springs High School — all hold their proms within that same window, which means the same inventory is being booked by hundreds of groups at once. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates by March.
A North Las Vegas prom party bus keeps your group together, on time, and stress-free for the whole night — pickup at home, arrival at the venue, and a safe return at the end of the evening without anyone worrying about parking or designated driving. The earlier you lock in the date, the more vehicle options you'll have. Call 725-254-3490 now — availability for prom weekend goes fast and the price only moves in one direction the longer you wait.

North Las Vegas School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of North Las Vegas run the full range — from nearby destinations like the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) and the Nevada State Museum at the Springs Preserve (333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107) to longer educational runs out to the Valley of Fire State Park (about 50 miles northeast on I-15 and NV-169) or Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (about 30 miles southwest). For any run involving the freeway, a charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms makes a meaningful difference on trips where the nearest rest stop is 20 miles out.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — just mention it when requesting your quote. North Las Vegas school trip bus rentals are easy to set up with one call or form submission; a support team is available to confirm headcount, itinerary, and vehicle fit. Call 725-254-3490 to get started.

North Las Vegas Sporting Event Transportation
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) sits about 14 miles south of North Las Vegas — but on a Raiders game day, that 14 miles can take well over an hour if your group is driving and arriving late. The stadium's official parking is cashless and pre-paid only, with no walk-up options available on game days. The rideshare pickup zone is a significant walk from the stadium gates, and post-game queues there regularly stretch 45 minutes.
A charter bus to Allegiant Stadium drops your group at the designated bus entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed time — no parking lottery, no walk across the lot. Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, North Las Vegas, NV 89115) is right in North Las Vegas's backyard, and race weekends — NASCAR Cup Series in March and October — bring massive inbound traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard North from I-15. The Motor Speedway bus rental guide has the specifics on drop-off and parking.
Call 725-254-3490 to plan your game-day or race-day shuttle.

North Las Vegas Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding weekends in the Las Vegas area involve a level of venue-to-venue movement that most other cities don't — ceremony at one resort, cocktails at another, reception somewhere else entirely, and out-of-town guests who have never driven the Strip trying to navigate it in formal wear. A North Las Vegas wedding shuttle bus removes that entirely: guests board at the hotel block, arrive at the ceremony together, and move to the reception without anyone getting lost or stuck in valet lines at the Wynn.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run from the hotel to the ceremony venue in style — leather seating, climate control, privacy glass. For larger guest counts moving between two or three locations across the valley, a 35-passenger minibus or a charter bus keeps the schedule tight without anyone calling an Uber from the cocktail hour. Because the Las Vegas resort corridor runs on valet and drop-off lanes rather than street parking, having a single bus with a planned approach saves real time.
Call 725-254-3490 to build your wedding transportation plan.

North Las Vegas Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The immediate Las Vegas Valley isn't wine country — but Nevada's actual wine region sits about 45 miles north, near Pahrump, where Pahrump Valley Winery (3810 Winery Rd, Pahrump, NV 89048) and Artesian Cellars (1731 NV-160, Pahrump, NV 89048) both draw day-trip groups through the Spring Mountains on NV-160. That run — out of North Las Vegas, west through Mountain Springs Summit at 5,500 feet, down into Pahrump Valley — is a genuinely beautiful drive that nobody in the group should have to miss because they're watching the road.
Closer to home, the North Las Vegas craft beer scene has grown around spots like Able Baker Brewing (1510 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89104) in downtown Las Vegas and CraftHaus Brewery (7350 Eastgate Rd, Henderson, NV 89011) in Henderson, making a cross-valley brew crawl a natural multi-stop itinerary. A North Las Vegas winery tour bus rental keeps the group together across every stop. Call 725-254-3490 to plan your route.

Frequently Asked Questions About North Las Vegas Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in North Las Vegas, Nevada?
North Las Vegas party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your date, and your itinerary. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus runs $300–$425 per hour on weekends.
A 40-56 passenger charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range for both weekdays and weekends. High-demand dates — EDC weekend, New Year's Eve, NASCAR race weekends, major convention weeks — push rates higher and reduce availability. A quote for your exact trip takes about a minute to get.
See the North Las Vegas party bus prices page for more, or call 725-254-3490 for a quote right now.
What is Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com?
Northlasvegaspartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles. It makes it easy to compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos serving North Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Valley — all through one form or one phone call.
You see different options and prices side by side, without having to contact multiple companies individually. That's the whole thing — and it's genuinely faster than any other way to shop for a bus.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for Las Vegas trips?
A party bus (typically 15–50 passengers) is built around the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a bar area, premium sound, and flat-panel TVs. It's the right call for bachelorette nights, birthday runs, and bar crawls where the energy starts the moment the door closes. A charter bus (40–56 passengers) is built around efficiency — forward-facing reclining seats, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and the capacity to move a large group across the valley without stopping.
For convention shuttles between North Las Vegas hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center, or multi-day group travel, a charter bus is the practical fit. Not sure which you need? Call 725-254-3490 and describe your trip — the right recommendation takes about 30 seconds.
What are the busiest booking periods in North Las Vegas, and when should I plan ahead?
Five windows drive the highest demand for bus rentals across the Las Vegas Valley: New Year's Eve (book 3–4 months out minimum), Electric Daisy Carnival in May (book 2–3 months out — this is the single largest event footprint in North Las Vegas), NASCAR Cup Series race weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in March and October, CES in January, and SEMA in November. Prom season (late April through May) creates a separate demand spike specifically for 15–25 passenger party buses across Clark County high schools. Outside those windows, 3–6 weeks of lead time is generally workable — but the earlier you call, the better the vehicle selection and the pricing.
Can a charter bus get to Las Vegas Motor Speedway from North Las Vegas hotels?
Yes — and it's one of the most practical group transportation runs in the area. Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, North Las Vegas, NV 89115) is right in North Las Vegas, less than five miles from most hotels along Losee Road and Craig Road. The approach on Las Vegas Boulevard North gets congested fast on race days, but a charter bus drops your group at the designated commercial vehicle area while individual cars are still circling for lots.
The Las Vegas Motor Speedway bus rental guide has the logistics detail. Call 725-254-3490 to set up race-day transportation.
How many people fit on a party bus, and what size do I need?
Party buses in the network range from 15 to 50 passengers, with multiple size increments in between: 15, 18, 20, 25, 28, 30, 40, and 50 passengers. A good rule: if your headcount is close to a vehicle's limit, size up. A 22-person group on a 20-passenger bus is uncomfortable; the same group on a 25-passenger bus has room to move.
If you're not sure, call 725-254-3490 — getting matched to the right size takes about two minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
For most trips outside peak demand windows, 3–6 weeks of lead time is enough to find solid options. For high-demand dates — EDC weekend, New Year's Eve, race weekends, prom season, major convention weeks — book 2–4 months out. Waiting until the last minute on those dates means either premium rates or no availability at all, and in the Las Vegas market those windows fill faster than almost any other city.
The earlier you lock in, the more vehicles you can compare and the better the pricing. Call 725-254-3490 to check what's available on your date right now.
Popular North Las Vegas Party Bus Destinations
North Las Vegas puts your group within easy reach of the Strip, Fremont Street, the Speedway, and dozens of venues spread across the valley. A bus gets you to any of them without the parking math. These are some of the destinations groups book most often — and if yours isn't on the list, that's no problem at all.
Call 725-254-3490 and a bus can be routed anywhere in the area.

Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, North Las Vegas, NV 89115) is the closest major venue to most North Las Vegas hotels — under five miles from the Craig Road corridor. NASCAR Cup Series events in March and October are the two biggest draws, each pulling 70,000–80,000 spectators into a venue that sits right off I-15 at the Speedway exit. On race days, Las Vegas Boulevard North backs up from the main gate south toward Carey Avenue well before the green flag.
General parking at the Speedway is pre-paid and cashless, with infield and preferred lots selling out weeks in advance for Cup weekends. A charter bus drops your group at the commercial vehicle entrance and skips the individual lot assignment entirely. The Motor Speedway group transportation guide covers the access details.

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders and the UNLV Rebels, and it sits about 14 miles south of North Las Vegas near the I-15 and I-215 interchange. The stadium's official guidance is unambiguous: parking is cashless, pre-paid, and sells out well before game day for marquee matchups. Walk-up parking is not available.
The rideshare pickup zone designated for the venue is a substantial walk from the gates — and after night games, that walk happens alongside tens of thousands of people all trying to hail the same rideshare cars at once. A charter bus to Allegiant Stadium from North Las Vegas resolves the whole equation: your group boards together, arrives together, and has a confirmed pickup at the end of the night.
Phone: (725) 780-2000

Fremont Street Experience
Fremont Street Experience (425 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is the original Las Vegas entertainment corridor — a 1,500-foot canopy covering six blocks of downtown Las Vegas with nightly LED light shows, free outdoor concerts, and a zip line running the length of the canopy. Parking downtown is technically cheaper than Strip garages, but the blocks immediately around Fremont Street are a mix of metered street parking, private surface lots, and casino self-park garages that fill by 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights. For North Las Vegas groups, the run down I-15 South to Las Vegas Boulevard is about 15 minutes in good conditions and 35–40 minutes on a packed Saturday.
A Fremont Street party bus drops your group curbside and picks everyone up when you're ready — no parking timer running, no split-up at the end of the night.
Phone: (702) 678-5600

The Sphere
The Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) opened in 2023 as the world's largest spherical structure — a 17,600-seat immersive entertainment venue on the east side of the Strip near the Venetian. There is no dedicated parking structure attached to the Sphere. Official guidance directs visitors to resort parking on the surrounding blocks — primarily the Venetian and Palazzo garages — or to rideshare drop zones on Sands Avenue and Koval Lane.
On sold-out nights, the post-show rideshare queue on Koval Lane regularly takes 30–45 minutes to clear. A charter bus to the Sphere from North Las Vegas drops your group at Sands Avenue and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged time — no surge, no queue, no hunting for a ride in a crowd of 17,000 people trying to do the same thing.
Phone: (725) 258-0001

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89158) is the home of the Vegas Golden Knights and the primary concert venue for Strip-adjacent shows, with a capacity of 20,000. The arena is wedged between New York-New York and Park MGM on the west side of the Strip — an address that sounds convenient until you realize there is no arena-specific parking structure. Attendees park in adjacent resort garages (Park MGM, Vdara, MGM Grand) at event-night rates that typically run $20–$40, then walk to the arena.
Rideshare pickup is routed to Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, where post-event queues back up fast after high-demand shows and Golden Knights playoff games. A North Las Vegas charter bus to T-Mobile Arena drops the group at the commercial vehicle approach on Trop Ave and has a pickup window confirmed before the opening act ends.

Valley of Fire State Park
Valley of Fire State Park (29450 Valley of Fire Hwy, Overton, NV 89040) is Nevada's oldest state park — 40,000 acres of red Aztec sandstone formations, ancient petroglyphs, and hiking trails about 50 miles northeast of North Las Vegas via I-15 North and NV-169 West. The park entrance fee currently runs $10–$15 per vehicle depending on residency, which means a charter bus pays one entry fee for 50 people instead of a dozen separate cars each paying at the gate. The access road through the park is open to buses, and the main visitor center and Atlatl Rock area have bus-accessible pull-outs.
Summer temperatures in the Valley of Fire regularly exceed 110°F — the run out and back on a climate-controlled charter bus is meaningfully more comfortable than a caravan of overheating rental cars. It's a natural fit for company outings, school trips, and large family group excursions from North Las Vegas. Call 725-254-3490 to plan the run.
